Find out where you stand.

A fertility assessment is a set of checks that show where you are today. We do them in one appointment, explain what each result means, and take as long as you need to ask questions.

We offer three packages:

• Female assessment. An AMH blood test (a marker of egg reserve), a pelvic ultrasound scan, and a review with a fertility nurse.
• Male assessment. A semen analysis (sperm count, movement and shape), and a review with a fertility nurse. Male factors are part of the picture in roughly half of all fertility challenges. A quick, confidential check often answers more than people expect.
• Couple assessment. Both of you, together, with one joint results consultation. Building a family is a shared story, and it helps to hear the whole picture at once.

If a clinical reason calls for it, further investigations like HyCoSy or a saline scan can be added. We'll tell you if they're actually worth doing, and we won't add anything you don't need.

An assessment might be right for you if you've been trying for a while, if your periods are irregular, if you have a diagnosis like PCOS or endometriosis, if you're planning ahead, or if you simply want to understand where you stand.

Our promise on the results consultation: your doctor walks you through every result on screen, in plain English, and doesn't finish the appointment until every question is answered.
