Our story.

Veya takes its name from via, the way. It is the word we kept coming back to, because a fertility journey is exactly that: a route, walked with someone who knows it.
Along the way, one truth kept surfacing: medicine is universal in its science, but care only works when it is local in its humanity. Patients bring their whole lives into the consulting room, their families, their cultures, their faiths, their fears, and the best care embraces all of it.

What happens in a free conversation with a Fertility Specialist?
It's not a sales call, and it's not triage. It's a conversation with a Fertility Specialist so we can understand you: your story, your hopes, your family, and anything about your culture, faith or circumstances that will help us care for you better. You'll leave with honest answers and a clear picture of your options, and no obligation to go further.
How much does IVF cost in the UK?
At Veya, you will know your total before your first injection. We publish our prices, break down exactly what's included and what isn't, and offer payment plans, so there are no surprises.
Do I need a GP referral to come to Veya?
No referral is needed. You can book a free conversation with a Fertility Specialist directly, and take it from there.
Will anyone know I'm having treatment?
No. Your treatment is confidential. We contact you only in the way you ask us to, we'll never disclose anything to anyone without your consent, and you can tell us if there are numbers or times we should avoid.
Can I bring my partner, my mother or a friend to appointments?
Yes, you're welcome to bring the people who matter to you. You always choose who's with you, and you can change your mind at any point. Some appointments have practical limits, and we'll tell you clearly if any apply.
Can you help if I have fibroids or PCOS?
Yes. Our team has genuine, long-standing experience with conditions that are more common in the families we serve, including fibroids and PCOS. These are conditions that disproportionately affect Black and South Asian women and are too often investigated late. They're a particular focus of our practice, and we'll be honest about how they may affect your options.
