Our clinical team includes doctors, nurses, embryologists and a counsellor from a range of backgrounds, and between them they speak Yoruba, Swahili and Indonesian as well as English.

Quickly. We are a single-site, independent clinic, which means we are not routing you through a group booking system. Your free 15-minute consultation with a Fertility Specialist is usually available within a few days, and an assessment shortly after that.
If something in your history means we should see you sooner, tell us when you get in touch and we will move you up. Age and ovarian reserve are two things where weeks genuinely matter, and we would rather you told us than waited politely.
No. Your treatment is confidential. We contact you only in the way you ask us to, we'll never disclose anything to anyone without your consent, and you can tell us if there are numbers or times we should avoid.
Yes. Veya Fertility is licensed by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority and registered with the Care Quality Commission. Our Information Commissioner's Office registration is ZB511158.
One thing worth knowing before you check: on the public registers we appear under our legal name, Bridge Clinic, at 1-5 Christopher Place, Chalton Street, London NW1 1JF. Veya Fertility is the trading name, so searching the registers for “Veya” will not find us — look for Bridge Clinic.
Please do look. The HFEA register publishes our licence, every inspection report and our patient ratings in full. We would rather you read them than take our word for it.
Yes. Our team has genuine, long-standing experience with conditions that are more common in the families we serve, including fibroids and PCOS. These are conditions that disproportionately affect Black and South Asian women and are too often investigated late. They're a particular focus of our practice, and we'll be honest about how they may affect your options.
