About these terms

These terms apply to your use of veyafertility.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This website is operated by Bridge Clinic Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14413844), registered office 1-5 Christopher Place, Chalton Street, London, England, NW1 1JF, trading as Veya Fertility. You can contact us at care@veyafertility.com or on +44 (0) 20 3314 8386.

The information on this site is not medical advice

We publish information about fertility, treatments and related subjects to help you understand your options. It is general information, not personal medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician who knows your history.

Fertility treatment outcomes depend on individual circumstances. Any figures, timelines or descriptions of treatment on this site are general and are not a prediction of your own result. Like every fertility provider, we cannot guarantee a successful outcome or the absence of complications. Do not delay seeking medical advice, and do not stop or change any treatment, on the basis of something you have read here.

If you have an urgent medical concern, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999.

Enquiries and bookings

Booking a consultation through this site reserves an appointment slot. It is not a contract for treatment, and it is not a clinical assessment. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is a clinical decision, made with you, after a proper consultation.

We take no payment through this website. Where you go on to have treatment with us, that treatment is governed by our separate terms and conditions of service, which cover fees, consent, cancellation and refunds, and which we will give you before treatment begins.

We make reasonable efforts to keep to appointment times, but cannot guarantee that appointments will run to time or that you will see the same member of the team at every visit. If we need to move or cancel an appointment we will tell you as soon as we can and offer you an alternative.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest content or data at scale, or to interfere with anyone else's use of it. Please do not submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Our content

The content of this site — text, images, illustrations, layout, logos and brand names — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read it, print it and share links to it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, republish or adapt it without our permission.

Links and embedded content

Where we link to other websites, or embed content provided by others such as our booking calendar or a map, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Links are not an endorsement.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or up to date at all times. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this site, or from any inability to use it.

These terms govern the website only. The care we provide to patients is governed by our terms and conditions of service, by the consent documents we complete with you, and by our duties as a regulated provider.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please tell us. Our Complaints Procedure explains how.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

Governing law
