What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between pages and visits — such as a choice you have made — and they can also be used to measure how a site is used or to support advertising.

This policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with personal information more generally.

Your choice

When you first visit our site you are asked which categories of cookies you are willing to accept. Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you choose. Nothing for analytics or advertising is loaded unless you accept it.

You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site or to book a consultation.

The categories we use

• Necessary. Required for the site to work — remembering your cookie choice, and keeping the site secure. These cannot be switched off.
• Preferences. Remember choices you make so the site behaves the way you expect.
• Statistics. Help us understand how the site is used — which pages are read, and where visitors arrive from — so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics for this.
• Marketing. Used to measure how well our advertising works, and to avoid showing you the same advertising repeatedly. We use a Meta pixel for this.

What our analytics and advertising cookies do and do not do

Where you consent, Google and Meta receive information about your visit — which pages you viewed, and whether you clicked a booking button or completed a booking. They do not receive your name, email address, telephone number, or any information about your health or treatment.

We have deliberately chosen not to use features that would infer characteristics about you, and we have turned off Meta's automatic advanced matching. If you decline these categories, nothing is sent at all — we do not send anonymised or modelled data instead.

Booking calendar

Our booking calendar is provided by HighLevel and is embedded from their servers. It sets cookies that are necessary for the booking process to work. On most of our pages the calendar only loads when you actively open it; on our contact page it is part of the page itself.

Managing cookies in your browser
