From the very first appointment, I was treated like a princess. The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They made what can be a very emotional and overwhelming journey feel calm and supported every step of the way. They consistently called to check on me, provided updates without me having to chase them, and offered reassurance whenever I felt anxious. I never felt like 'just another patient'. I felt seen, heard, and valued.

We were trying for a second baby for almost two years. After the second miscarriage at 39, we decided to get help. We consulted three clinics in London, and this one stood out for a patient-centred approach and a very good initial consultation, explaining risks but also really understanding our personal situation and wishes. It felt like a small family. Everyone was friendly and took the time when needed, sometimes even without an appointment. Only two eggs collected, so the chances of success were very low. Both made it to day 5 with great embryo quality, and we are now 16 weeks pregnant.
